Executive Coaching

Every person I meet wants to be a great “something”. If you are like most people, you want to be the best at whatever’s in front of you and achieve success beyond the status quo. You’ve found yourself in a position of influence, but something is standing in the way. Managing sales is very different from managing people. Delivering exceptional patient care is different from managing a team of caregivers. Building a healthy business is different from leading a healthy family. Sometimes overnight, you’ve had to learn how to influence others, hold them accountable, keep them motivated and happy, and hit performance goals while finding fulfillment in your own life. All through trial-and-error and while drinking from a firehose.

Executive Coaching is for those who are overwhelmed with growing (and changing) expectations, want to gain even more influence within your organization, want to reflect on your career next steps, have been told you’ve become ‘difficult’ to work with, feel apprehensive about having difficult conversations, need to improve your key stakeholder relationships, or just feel tired. Whether you are a worn-out mom, teenager on the verge of graduating with no idea what to do next, or quietly-quitting manager who doesn’t want to stay but can’t leave either…. Executive Coaching is right for you.

In 45-minute virtual sessions, we help you bring the whole person into your leadership approach. You, the client, are always in the driver’s seat about what we do and where we’re going. Together, we explore how to leverage your natural strengths to determine your next steps and meet your goals faster.

Group Coaching

The skill of challenging and enabling a specific team within the same role and complementary abilities to improve performance, optimize intended results, and increase interest in serving pertinent corporate goals may be summed up as team coaching. Group coaching involves cross functional leaders coming together to solve common difficulties and promote professional growth. In both scenarios, focus areas can include team/customer retention, relationship building, new customer/patient acquisition, referral development, and team development. Common topics emerge such as time management, coaching and developing others, communication, influencing others, strategic thinking, personal/positional influence, navigating change, and proactive thinking.

In six to eight 60–75 minute virtual sessions, the group prioritizes their topics, defines success measures, explores best practices, determines group action steps, and establishes accountability. Weekly check-ins, leader feedback, and follow-up supports application. We close with a post survey on the achievement of established goals and the next steps for ongoing support.
